KNME has a great documentary I saw the other night in the wee hours called "Earth Days" which is a history since the 60s-70s of the environmental movement. It's worth a look.

First Earth Day had MILLIONS of people in the streets. It had an effect on Nixon. Global warming was mentioned as well.

The link to the Earth Day events at the City BioPark doesn't work. Try this instead.

Does anyone know if the sewer plant mentioned in the first earth day link was located in South Barelas?
