What's going on, Albuquerque?

I think to avoid getting booted, you don't park where there is a sign warning you not to park there or get booted. I don't know who else boots, but I know that Red Wing store owner boots now. It is painted in giant letters on his parking lot that those parking spaces are for Red Wing customers only. How does he know they are Red Wing customers? He hires someone to watch whoever parks there, that's how. I think he's got some issues, but it is his parking lot that he probably pays the building owner extra for. Why he cares who parks there after he is closed is something I have never understood. One of these days I am going to go in there and ask him.
And just a piece of advice: if you aren't paying attention while riding your bike on the bosque trail, you are likely going to hit more than just a pole.

I've seen Andy - he's changed his name and lost weight, but here he is:
Maybe he's the superhero to go and set the wheels of Nob Hill free! (first story comment)
I'm sure the Red Wing owner is making money from booting cars, probably more that he does selling shoes.
This looks like a job for Angle-Grinder Man!!!
