• Where have all the jobs gone? Albuquerque has lost over 3000 jobs in the last year.
  • And then there's this.  Furlough for city employees.
  • Martinez asks Obama to protect missile range.
  • Albuquerque School of Excellence doesn't seem very excellent at handling bullying

One wonders how in the hell Berry got re-elected as mayor.  Pretty much a failure on all counts:  job losses and no job growth, APD found to use excessive force....yet Berry hides out in his office and pretends none of it concerns him.

Yup - duck-and-cover seems to be just about the Mayor's only political strategy these days. It's a pity Dinelli's campaign was so low-key and that no one with more vision got into the race. We're desperately in need of a dynamic candidate in the next election, assuming it's not already too late. I wish Tim Keller would run!

Oh, no. Can you imagine who I'd offend as Mayor?  Me no good as politician.  Tim Keller would be great, though.  However I think he's set his sights on higher things.
