Morning Fix: Laguna Pueblo Shares Its Grief With Cyclist's Family

    •    Governor and lieutenant governor of Laguna Pueblo come to ABQ to offer condolences to cyclist's family and apologize for the behavior of Gilbert Waconda.  Waconda's Facebook page taken down.  KOAT's video and Facebook story gets 190 comments.

    •    County starts gun buy-back program this Saturday.

    •    Final school board election results posted.  Bonds passed.  Maes out.  Robbins in two-vote cliffhanger.

    •    Green chile gets hot on HuffPo with some fairly unusual recipies.  2190 Likes so far.  Meanwhile, back at NMSU, researchers map its genome.

    •    The folly of cute user-ids rears its head as Burque Pops gets legislative attention.  His case heads to the State Supreme Court.  (I know…I know…Johnny_Mango better stay out of trouble).

    •    "Free" pancakes at IHOP this morning…but it IS a fundraiser.

    •    God bless Amanda Kooser!  When she found a two-ton cross in the street hitched to an abandoned pop-up trailer, she knew who to call…311.
