Hotter than ever earlier than ever.  But there's no climate change.  Oh no.  Nothing to see here.  Move along, folks.  Keep giving those oil companies their tax breaks and do not even DARE suggest such silly things as a carbon tax.  Mmmmhmmm.

Yeah, I thought so. It sounds like much the same project, on a similar-sized lot. And this time they have indeed broken ground...guess he realized the planning commission would be more amenable if it wasn't plunked in the middle of a historic district?

But Phil_0, I thought Nob Hill IS an historic district.  As in "The Historic Nob Hill District"  phrase much loved by realtors?
