Morning Fix: New Mexico (a different one)

  • Possible last minute changes to the balance of power in the state House this year?
  • The city's 2014 finances are looking up.

  • The long term outlook, though? Not so hot.

So, now that we know the permanent fund is doing so well, any chance we'll get some funds out of it for early childhood development.  Bwahahaahahahaha--just kidding.  No chance of Susie letting THAT happen.
