What's going on, Albuquerque?
Finally, Susana and Berry have woken up from their slumber. Of course, the cynical person would guess that it is all politically motivated: Susana's advisers have realized that the CYFD mess is pretty damn bad politically for her and at the same time have realized that the little problem with APD isn't exactly great for her, either. But, I guess at least something is changing. Omaree and James Boyd perhaps won't have died in vain.
The closest we had to a Poop Fairy was Divine.
Part of CYFD's problem is employee overload and burn out. What a stressful and overwhelming job it is. I've wondered why these agencies don't create additional part time positions, where workers would have less cases and more time to handle them- the trade off would be no other benefits for part time employees- it might attract experienced retired people who want to work but don't want the incredible pressure.
