I don't begrudge firefighters anything, but this is a tad disturbing.
More genius armed robbers fill our streets.

NY Times has a piece this AM on the greening of Navajoland. I like the part where the author describes a hogan as a "log cabin"...

Hey. I'm just saying what the people in my circle called it when I grew up. We called the Spruce Park neighborhood "Spruce Park neighborhood" or "that neighborhood where I babysit all the time."

Comment by Phil_0 on October 27, 2010 at 8:06pm: I'm with OBTS. There were two Pill Hills when I was growing up here, Altura Park and Spruce Park. The medical offices in Spruce Park contributed to that neighborhood's designation, but as far as I knew both neighborhoods were mostly named for all the doctors who (supposedly) lived there. (I guess Spruce Park probably has more PhDs than MDs, but they were equivalent in our minds).
