I love that, unlike Zozobra, El Kookooee looks completely different every year! Signifies that fear also never looks the same and we all have our own way of viewing it. Also, I thought that kids designed it and artists created it on a larger scale--does that still hold true?

I tried Bosque brewing co on opening day! It's a cute little spot and the beer was great! They have an unusual wheat IPA hybrid which was great for me because I'm not usually a fan of IPA. Great service too!

Krista, last year they had the student there who had designed Kookooee, so it seems like it's still how it's done. It is really cool that it's an always evolving, unique event. (Especially as Zozobra has been less and less appealing for years now.)
