Wait, I thought Susana said NM was open for business?  Guess only the "right" businesses.  Seems like the Alcohol and Gaming division has it's head firmly implanted in its rectum.  See, requiring liquor servers/sellers to check ALL IDs, even on people who are obviously over 21.

Oh damn it.  I didn't mean to leave that apostrophe in "its."  Grrrrrr.

Alcohol and Gaming division has been a pain in the ass organization way before Susana was elected.  They are such an inept organization.

Agreed, Ramon - this one has little to do with Martinez. Our liquor laws - and their enforcement and interpretation - have been screwed up for ever.

I really don't understand this one, though. So any mention of an organization or event in press counts as an "advertisement"? Does that mean non-profit private clubs with liquor licenses are supposed to operate as secret societies? I am pretty sure the Journal publishes American Legion events...does Alcohol and Gaming need to go after them next?
