  • Tragic.  An $80 million settlement to the family. 
  • Let's see, my family has had Lobo basketball season tickets since The Pit was built and we are all UNM alumni.  I think that should count for about 1000 points. 
  • Speaking of Lobos, Tony Snell is pulling his weight with the Bulls.

The first three stories make me sad.  This time of year is supposed to be about thankfulness and happiness (and, you know, gearing up to survive the cold winter!), but it's always marred by stories such as those.  The firefighters one especially breaks my heart.
