I am glad to see the crisis intervention training begin on a larger scale.  I hope the the training will help more officers develop the skills to de-escalate crisis situations.  This has to be better than relying on the 25% who are trained to handle each and every crisis.

You know, before this weekend I was just musing that it seemed we'd somehow escaped the worst of the wind this spring.  I mused too soon...
