What's going on, Albuquerque?
The story about the park says that they had to stop work on the park because "another city took priority." What city? Is Albuquerque renting out the Parks and Rec workers? I love the critical resident who said he could have done the whole job for $5,000. Really dude? Have you actually priced sprinkler systems and landscaping work lately?
Other city parks iam guessing from the context.
I think the point of redoing the sprinklers was to stop wasting water and incurring fines... thus not wasting future tax dollars. I dunno, maybe I am wrong?
You're spot on, RivetGang. I don't know what Run is so upset about.
