What's going on, Albuquerque?

To me the Domenici affair is only newsworthy because he was seen as such a paragon of virtue, upholding conservative causes. Hypocrite.
I am bemused by residents who oppose roundabouts. It's only because Americans are woefully undereducated about how to use the roundabout that they are opposed to them. They actually work pretty well--and keep traffic moving better than stop lights.
@Aaron: I don't see where PJH says anything about progressives or Democrats in his comment. He only provides a pretty accurate reading of Domenici's hypocrisy. It appears you've brought some baggage with you?
AG: It is hypocritical of anyone who feels Bill Clinton's sexual encounters in the oval office were of no import to mock or make an issue out of Domenici's private life. - If only St Pete hadn't voted to impeach Clinton (and he didn't even have a love child to support...)
Adam Laxalt, the son, is by all accounts a successful and productive individual. I'm sure that granddaddy and baby daddy have had a lot to do with baby mama's and baby's successful lobbyist careers... Were all love children so lucky....

Roundabouts - the hostility is pretty amazing for a device that helps the flow of traffic when one leg of a four-way intersection is pretty busy, and the other legs aren't.
@shotsie, I find it sad and ironic that the roundabout issue is in the news again the same day the Journal has a front-page story about a fatal T-bone accident caused by one driver running a red light.
