When are adults going to finally come to the realization that teenagers do, in fact, have sex--and they just might need to protect themselves from pregnancy and STDs when they do have that sex?

Not having readily available condoms doesn't keep kids from having sex. It keeps them from having sex safely.

"Action Committee" makes it sound like a handful of vigilantes. To me, anyhow. What are they going to do if they witness me being not "traditional values"? What "action" can I presume that they will take? Cocktards.

our neighborhood park which is just up the hill from Cibola HS is like a present-day "Inspiration Point"
almost every evening we see teens in sleeping bags and/or back seats, on a "date".
wish TVAC would let me have those condoms, because I would find homes for them!
