To the contrary it would appear we are not better than this. These sorts of articles appear not infrequently in the Duke City. Its all part of the charm and sophistication. these stories also go hand in hand with the impressive statistics that occur in the land of enchantment. Just sayin

I can't help but wonder if some of these cases of kids left in hot cars are actually attempted murder. It seems to be a easy way to get rid of one's kids and make it seem like an accident :(
