I think I saw 31 different salsas lined up for tasters. I'm not sure how you could taste anything by the time you got to number 31. I have to say, I love the state fair! Went twice and had a good time. I hope that poor fellow gets some salsa justice (which would be a great name for a superhero: Salsa Justice).
