for some reason I can't get the video to post--
but you can watch it here
The shirt molly is wearing is a "Viva la Vibrator" t-shirt...apparently self love is too racy for the 10' oclock news..

There's so much I'd like to say about this clip--
but for now I'll let it speak for itself.

I have an absolutely incredible festival to go work on--and dildos to order..
yup--i'm totally living the dream

the full festival line up will be up soon-
The 28 members of the screening committee have worked diligently to ensure the films selected are the best in the world
It's gonna rock!

What amazes me is that we've had almost universal support from our neighborhood--including over 700 signatures of support gathered from last year's weekend alone-
I think that's the real story...
We love nob hill--and really feel lucky that we can come up with a crazy idea (like a sex positive porn fest) and make it happen...
The art show is opening November 7th at Stove-Come check it out!

and the schedule is up here
It's gonna rock..
and the 50% issue mentioned on the news is the first time we've EVER heard anything about a percentage of adult materials being the issue..
we're following up with the aclu on that one..

shalulah you are correct--the festival did not get closed down last year--It was held in it's entirety
and nob hill has not turned into a seedy neighborhood...
at least not any seedier than it was before...

Would anybody be willing to start a petition of support?
Anything coming from the community is helpful in this 'battle'
(this battle being the made up battle that the news is creating)

@ Samantha Anne Scott
We're so excited and really do feel the films are incredible--
but we actually can't take credit for mink stole--we're partnering with some awesome folks from santa fe who are creating that program
Wenda Watch & Revolutionary Angel Productions
They are soon to be making the guild the most fun place in the universe 2 weekends a month
The tickets for that show are $15 and will soon be available for purchase here--we're sure it will sell out!

Camp IWannaWatcha!

Just in time for the holidaze, your favorite camp counselor Wenda Watch will be teaming up with Pornotopia to bring you Camp IWannaWatcha, a new interactive campy cinema event.

Camp IWannaWatcha is not your average run of the mill camp with boring old arts and crafts and camp fire sing-a-longs. Oh no, we’ll have movie inspired concessions in the lobby and a fabulous live stage show. Mink Stole, star of Female Trouble and every other John Waters film you can think of will even be there signing autographs.

Be sure to arrive at camp sporting your favorite camp ensemble and don’t fret, if your momma forgets to pack your cool camp threads you can always purchase “drag in a bag” at the theater on the night of the show.

Don’t go to those square camps come to Camp IWannaWatcha. For more info go to: and click on Camp “IWannaWatcha”
