Teaching Arts Classes and tutoring

I have two types of classes I will be offering.

I am combining my first with the world's first. My first real occupation other than motherhood is fitness.  I've been working in the fitness industry since 2001.  Belly dance is the world's first form of exercise for women.

I will be teaching EsteemBellyFit - using a combination of methods from Persian and Egyptian belly dance techniques, Hip Phylosophy, personal training, and years teaching group fitness.

These classes are not for performance preparation.  They are for training, toning, and shaping your body using exercises and dance steps made for a woman's body, no matter the body type or shape, (including a man's ;)

Classes begin June 11th

Monday and Thursday nights from 6:30 to 8pm

8838 Comanche, on the Southwest corner of Wyoming and Comanche.

Classes are $20 each, $15/ class if you sign up and pay for 6 weeks, or $10/ class if you sign up and pay for 12 weeks of classes.

If you want to also pursue performance belly dance, I know several great teachers that I can get you in touch with!

The classes are $40 (includes both days and materials for a basic door)
