For the tickets (the rules): Can't have won anything from the Fix in the last 30 days. One pair per winner (so you can't answer or win for both shows). Be the first to enter the answer to our question in the comments section below AND to email me your name for use at the ticket window. You must do both, or someone else gets them. The winner further agrees to write a review of the show to be posted on this site.

For the tickets to Salsa Under the Stars - Friday night (the question): Ola Fresca's new album can be previewed on José's mySpace page. One of the songs is named after a woman -- what's it called?

For the tickets to Baby Loves Salsa - Saturday noon (the question): What is the name of the Baby Loves Salsa character who plays the congas?

Ola Fresca
Ola Fresca means "fresh wave." Founded in 2000 by singer-composer-lyricist and arranger José Conde, Ola Fresca features some of the best musicians in New York City, coming together for a fresh take on rootsy, funky, jazzy, Latin dance music.

Born in Chicago and raised in Miami by his Cuban-immigrant parents, Conde has been living in New York since earning a BA from Berklee College of Music in 1997. After experimenting with jazz, rock, funk, blues and latin music in his first couple of years in New York, Conde realized his musical journey was leading him back to his Cuban roots. He formed Ola Fresca in 2000 with a clear goal to write new, original music based on the foundation of traditional, Cuban rhythms and style, while incorporating non-traditional elements for spice.

Baby Loves Salsa
Produced by Grammy winning producer Aaron "Luis" Levinson (2006 winner, best salsa recording for the Spanish Harlem Orchestra) Baby Loves Salsa features some of the biggest and brightest stars in contemporary salsa music including band leader and singer José Conde. More than just Salsa for kids, singer-songwriter Jose Conde takes his Cuban roots and grafts them onto a dizzying range of Afro-Latin styles to bring to life an imaginary band of cats and dogs that create the ultimate special musical sauce (salsa especial). Baby Loves Salsa is a dance and music celebration geared toward Spanish and English speakers alike in a bilingual performance that includes "Somos la Banda" (We are the Band), "Bailar Rapido" (Dance Fast) and "Mi Familia es la Musica" (Music is My Family) among other originals.

I didn't see anyone takers for the Friday show - so I'm guessing the song is "Amorosa Guajira " - which was done by a variety of artists. I know it's a romantic song song in Spanish, but that's all.

I don't feel like looking up the answer myself, but I'll avoid the middle man on this one and declare you the winner and let you know that you'll have a pair of tix waiting for you at the show. And I already know your name :)

Sound checking right now. Big cloud keeping things nice, cool and comfy. I'm actually hoping we'll get a misting for the show. That is always beautiful.

I will say that I actually told you to look at the guy's mySpace page, which is linked obviously and directly off his website. Sigh. The answer was Mabel.

In that case, Shotsie owes me for his tickets! :)

I went to this Myspace account "http://www.myspace.com/olafresca", (Google popped it up first) which didn't have Mabel anywhere, and then looked him up on Amazon to see what music he had available and couldn't find anything (and eMusic and...). Yes, I now see that going to "http://www.myspace.com/josecondemusic" contained the song "Mabel".

Great show, though - lots of people dancing to some fine Latin beats. We hooked up with a good table and stayed busy on the floor most of the night. Thanks, Neal - I owe you some volunteer work or something...
