I saw that you are part of the knitting and craft groups, and I was wondering: do you know of any tapestry or navajo weaving classes in ABQ? I saw that Village Wools occasionally offers this type of thing, but hasn't for the past year...So thought I'd see what you might know!
just checking in to see how the move up north went or is going. I have seen some other possible housing options if things didn't turn out with your place. I am loving my little casita! So much. Lets have tea and a walk sometime soon.
Glad you got the chance to check out Ojito Wilderness. A friend just told me you can also hike on the White Mesa there - even though the sign on the road says "Private". Apparently it isn't private for the first section but there's a trailhead. I'm looking forward to checking that out.
I just finished Anna Karenina! How do you like it?
greetings! Yup this Tuesday (tomorrow) I will be there and hopefully a few more kind fiber folks. Feel free to invite anyone...the pickers have moved to the press club for the winter but I didnt want to move the knitters because the beer is better @ Marble.
Im really not doing this on purpose but I jumped at the chance to go to globalquerque, (music/culture festival) and of course that is on Friday night, thus another close but not quite encounter. Unless of course your interested in going you can buy tickets online or at the door. No I dont have a dog but my friend has one smiliar to yours. Shes working on her soical skills, but we might not be ready for a doggy playday just yet.
I think so...or friday evening. my friend and i took the dogs out on tuesday evening--we walked out into the river cause it is so low. we didnt make it across (there are some deep parts and we wernt looking for a swim), but it was such an adventure and the dogs had a great time. The only thing, definately need some sort of bug deterrent.
I think friday evening would be just a little better. i have so much stuff im trying to wrap up before i go. It is sometimes nice to have the full day to focus on getting stuff done and not breaking it up.

I forgot to mention that I love beer, too. Anything I forgot, I'll refer people to your profile.
