The
Matrix Fine Art is hosting a photography opening on Saturday, July 5 and founding Wooden Cow member and fellow
Fixer,
Raine Klover will have one of her favorite images included in it! Raine has only started focusing on photography since 2007 and inclusion in this show is very exciting.
From the Matrix website:
Twenty-four New Mexico photographers reveal their artistic vision in this first-ever collaboration between the curator of the Albuquerque Museum, Doug Fairfield, and an Albuquerque art gallery. Fairfield selected a range of works from traditional New Mexico imagery to abstract and figurative photography. Experience the pinnacle of New Mexico photographic talent in this must-see show.
Reception: Saturday, July 5, 5 – 8:00 PM (Please, note that due to the July 4 Holiday this reception does not take place on the First Friday)
Gallery Talk with juror Doug Fairfield, curator, Albuquerque Museum:
Saturday, July 19, 1 – 2 PM
There is a preview of the show on the Matrix website - but seeing all of these amazing works up close and personal is a must!!!
Here are a few more of Raine's images (not including the one that will be in the show - you have to go to see it!)
