Chroma Studios currently has one studio available for rent in the coming week. There is another studio that will be available at the end of August. Both spaces are renting for $200 per month plus $200 deposit.

Whats the sq.footage? sink/water situation? Would Oxy-Acetylene use be ok?

Comment by Chroma Studios on August 6, 2008 at 2:10pm: The two studios now available are right around 100-120 square feet. We have a small kitchenette sink plus the bathroom sinks. Oxy-Acetylene? Forgive my ignorance but is that a flame? I don't think it would be a problem as long as it's done safely. Only problem may arise if you need a lot of ventilation. We have windows, but none that open, so the ventilation could be a problem.
