I did some of the work building Hispanic Cultural Center, and it felt like somebody pee'd all over it when they put that name on it.

Business Week, may I ask what museums and theaters are located in Rio Rancho that makes it such a great place for raising kids? Would that be Explora, NM Museum of Natural History and the Albuquerque Museum located in Albuquerque?

ShadyLady: RR uses many ABQ-tax resources to accrue list p()rn. The criteria for such lists are usually worded in terms like, "within 20 miles of a major airport," etc., but the population criteria is only from the RR area. RR rides into the fray on the back of ABQ taxes, which I guess is okay, so long as we aren't competing with them for resources such as imported businesses, - oh, wait...
