Rescue Dogs have thanksgiving too

This little guy has come a long way since the courts ordered his surrender by his prior owners, due to the cruelty his 5 lb body experienced. He has recently discovered the glowing heater god, which he likes to lie prostrate in front of. He may always have a bit of PTS, a lot of the severely mistreated animals almost have a form of autism. But none of this stops them from experiencing and returning unconditional love. And for this, our Pack gives thanks.

That said, thank you to the rescuers in this world and their big hearts. Did you see that doggie on tv last night who had been left for dead by the side fo the road with a broken back and rear legs and after several months has been fitted with a set of wheels so he can get around.

Comment by Hairy McLairy on November 23, 2008 at 10:38am: So many dogs, particularly toys, are euthanized because they are folicularly challenged and are no longer cosmetically pretty and therefore considered unadoptable. This guy's fur is taking ages to grow back, so its sweaters until he can rock it all by himself.
