Or the Seafood stew there, red, creamy and rich...mmmmm... or the Loroco Pupusa...Its so different from the NM Tamale

Permalink Reply by Jesstagirl on May 29, 2008 at 4:12pm: I would endure the 3.5 hour drive down to Mesilla, near Las Cruces, and go to Chopes. I'd order a michelada, a side of their queso, enchiladas smothered with red and queso and beans and rice. And yes, I'd eat every single morsel.
