"Real" Theater vs Home Theater

So, who out there prefers which?

Myself, I can't stand "real" theaters. I understand the allure and wish I could go to them but there is always someone kicking my chair, talking, cell phones ringing, or the film stock breaks.

At home I control everything - the volume, the lights, the seating, the food. We can drink beer/wine, pause for intermission, rewind if someone really wants to talk over a part or missed something...

Plus being a really tall guy I can be 100% certain that nobody will be forced to sit behind me at home...

You are so right - too much noise, cell phones, sticky floors and the seats! I miss out on the new releases, but I don't mind. I can wait to see it on Netflixs or get it on dvd.; ▶ Reply to This
