Well, my wife just launched Cork's Deli (named for our son), at 5504 Menaul NE just a couple blocks east of San Mateo. They have hand smoked pastrami and corned beef, and their menu is expanding as I type this. Check it out...

I'm working out of town (Minneapolis), but have tasted Version One of the pastrami, and it was very good. Karen and her chef have improved the recipe since then. Karen says that sales are increasing, so that's probably a good sign. Let us know what you think of the food.
