Proposed: This is the best time of year in Albuquerque

It's raining a little bit right now (love that).
I have a freezer full of (possibly bacteria-laden, but whatever) freshly roasted green chile.
State Fair starts Friday.
The marching bands are out & practicing at the local high schools.
Hinkle is deserted during the work day. Putt putt anyone?
It's just perfect in the evenings - not too hot, not too cold - for sitting on the front steps drinking a beer.
The balloons will start soon. Wait - have they already started?
