About Me:: I read, sew, take my dog on walks, wander around my beautiful neighborhood in the evenings as I head toward flying star for coffee, share a beautiful house in downtown with my close friend, his girl-y and her beautiful daughter and my beau. Oh, and I organize burlesque shows and dance around in sparkly costumes.

Alas, our parkway garden isn't up to its usual flowery fineness this year since I've neglected it to meet some important writing deadlines, but I'm hoping that the fall will bring more flowers.

I realized that when I posted the photo some people might be able to ID where I live...especially if they are in the 'hood or Church of Beethoven devotees.

I'm off to a meeting tonight, but if you are back in town now, just wander over some afternoon/early evening this weekend or early next week and introduce yourself. This ~~'hood~~ city being what it is, we've probably already got some mutual friends/connections!

We can sip iced tea (or perhaps Sangria if you give me advance notice) on the porch and watch the rain (fingers crossed).
