As for the logo for the group, it doesn't really symbolize anything - the skull and crossed swords was the pirate flag for Calico Jack Rackham (I was a big pirate story reader growing up) and was used in the Pirates of the Caribbean series of movies. As for the A, it's an old "Anarchy" symbol, I was playing around in Photoshop one day and came up with that and decided to keep it.
