A couple of random City of Albuquerque Spring Thoughts

I know it's an uninspired title, but one with a sort of double meaning... I have spent the better part of the last 14+ years relishing in the Random-ness of this place I call home. If you have an hour or so to spend reading all my Hyperlinks, then here's to you: Like right now, for example. I am crunching on leftover Matzoh at my desk at work, royally f-ing off on some important TPS Reports. Prior to this weekend I had not eaten Matzoh sinc… Continue

Thanks! I do not charge to check out your site. The mosaic I installed w/the help of an ace artist. I do some small installations, but the really technical stuff I have skilled artisans and contractors do. And yes, that is me in the RedSox visor. I love Jason Varitek.

I saw you wrote Jason about mosaics. There is an address mosaic on my page that I made the tile for and installed for one of my clients. Let me know if you need advice!

As a matter of fact, I have done quite a bit of mosaic work - not much outside, but I would love to get back into it! Do you? In the near future, I am hoping to have a get together and have a bunch of people collaborate on an outdoor table - I have more glass than I know what to do with. And as far as the landscape goes, I could live in a bookstore in the design section, but I have not done so much designing myself. I enjoy the labor part the most. ;-)

I gravitated towards your page because of the Red Sox - I was five when my dad took me to my first game, and showed me how to keep score. I am eating matzoh - the last piece - and wish I were reading Bust. I have only been here 2 years, but I imagine it will become many more.

It's a shame that I cannot remember the friend that you have described. She sounds wonderful. And beautiful. I lived in the newly created dorms too and it was fun. especially when I was 28 and everyone was about 18.. I was also working full time and schooling full time so I missed alot of the fun cool stuff. I was the drawing major that hung out in the printmaking dept.
