Do you have any information regarding why the EPC has turned down these street plans in the past? Do you have any information on the original project? Has the project been reorganized, re-planned, re-structured, or gone through negotiations since it's inceptions? What will the costs of the project be to the taxpayers? What will the costs of the project be to businesses surrounding the projects? What will the costs of the project be to the future of Albuquerque?
