I see PNM got their emergency fuel clause awarded to them. Honestly, I'm not sure how they never had one to begin with. Cost of doing business, isn't it?

Anyhow, last time I commented on PNM they were downgraded to junk status, and I figured the stock would plummet. Of course, it didn't. I will go out on another limb now and predict PNM stock will see a nice rise in price tomorrow, or after the holidays, based on this news. Well, it should at least.
